Tony Dabaldo

After graduating from high school in 1993, I began my career selling real estate. Realistically, I have been in this industry all of my life, as my father has been working with real estate since I was born.

Born and raised in Macomb county, I have lived in Warren and Washington Township, which is where I currently reside with my beautiful wife Michelle. I have personally expanded my knowledge of real estate in many ways, including working with residential sales, new construction sales, commercial sales, renting and leasing and helping investors.

In 1996, after researching many different real estate companies, my father and I decided to join RE/MAX, which I currently manage The American Dream Team. I established the American Dream Team in August 2004 to further service my customers. The American Dream Team has a great marketing plan which we customize for each of our customers. From “Virtual Tours” to our Internet presence, OURS IS ONE OF THE BEST MARKETING CAMPAIGNS YOU HAVE SEEN! We have a state-of-the-art office, with multiple conference rooms and even our own closing department. My office is equipped with the “RE/MAX Satellite Network,” that brings the latest cutting-edge training directly to my office.

I have earned many industry awards for my accomplishments, including awards based on my volume of sales. My greatest reward, however, is to see how happy my clients are when we close on their home, or a first-time home buyer crosses the threshold into their new home.

Chris Dabaldo

Having been born and raised in a real estate family in Macomb County, I have been interested in real estate all of my life. My father has been a real estate agent for twenty-nine years. I remember as a young boy going on real estate appointments with my father, so you can say working with real estate is in my blood.

After graduating from high school, I spent a couple of years in college studying business, and then jumped into working with real estate. In 2000 I joined RE/MAX. Four years later, I couldn’t imagine doing another job.

At RE/MAX Metropolitan I am working with my brother Tony, who is one of the hardest working agents in Michigan. I really enjoy working with him, he offers support and encouragement that has helped me excel at accomplishing my goals. For me, real estate is not just a job, it is a career that I love. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them make their dreams come true.

Matthew Benedict

Licensed in 1999, and a long time family friend of the Dabaldo's, when it was time to make a choice to work at a real estate office the choice was simple, RE/MAX Metropolitan. Throughout the years I have had extensive training from the best in the business. I have learned how to educate my clients to aid them in making the right decisions. I know that purchasing a home can be one of the most stressful tasks in life, and have learned that patience and understanding are the keys to helping a customer buy or sell a home. I specialize in residential home sales, vacant land, and investment properties, which include bank foreclosures, and HUD homes. Nothing is more satisfying to me than to see my customers become wealthy through owning real estate.

My interests include traveling, spending time with my family, and volunteering at St Thomas church in Shelby Twp. I also enjoy following real estate markets in other states, and I am involved with a referral network throughout the world.
